The Annual Report of the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum (Lianyungang) (GPSCFL) will be officially released during the 2024 Conference. Hereby on behalf of the China Association for Friendship and myself, I would like to express my sincere congratulations.

This report is the first annual report of the GPSCFL, it carries out our tracing and reviewing of the historical evolution of the Forum since its establishment, and demonstrates the new development and fruitful achievements of the Forum after its upgrading and transformation. Here, we have witnessed the solid steps taken by the international community to strengthen cooperation on public security and the firm determination to jointly safeguard global security. The Forum will be more open and inclusive, reflecting the concerns of all parties and promoting solidarity and cooperation. Let us take this opportunity to join hands and work together to contribute our wisdom and strength to the deepening of global public security governance and inject positive energy into the sustained stability and common prosperity of all countries.
